Is the participation in the Prestige Club totally free? Yes, being a member of the loyalty programme of the Prestige Club doesn’t cost you a penny.
How can I make a discounted booking? There are a few ways to book a stay with the Prestige Club discount:
On the website of the hotel – by using the booking module. On the website of the Polish Prestige Hotels (via logging into the Prestige Club zone). Per e-mail or phone at the hotel reception. Whatever the chosen method, don’t forget to give your Prestige Club card number and – if necessary – other data requested. It’s quick and free!
I have registered my account in the Prestige Club. When will I receive the membership programme. If the card is issued at the hotel – you will received immediately after having filled in the declaration and submitting it to the receptionist. If you use a form on the website, your joining the Prestige Club will resulting in sending the card within 14 working days of the account activation (e-mail with the activation link).
Do I have to pay for the Prestige Club card? No, the Polish Prestige Hotels Foundation pays for the delivery. All you do is taking advantage!
What if I lose the Prestige Club card? No harm! Simply contact us to get a duplicate. Even if you don’t have the card in your hand, you still keep all the profits due to a member of the Prestige Club.
Is the discount only for me or for my whole family too? It’s a name card and due to the person only who it has been issued for. If the card owner pays for a stay of their whole family, then the discount and points concern all the family members.
How can I leave the Prestige Club programme? Simply contact us and report your wish to hand in a resignation.
How are the Prestige Club points calculated? For every accommodation and gastronomy service. To put it more precisely, 100 PLN (basing on the total bill issued by the hotel reception) give 1 point for the Programme Member. The only condition is making a booking per e-mail, per phone, personally at the hotel or through www.hotelepph.pl. The points are calculated at the check-out or as soon as possible after the Guest’s departure, no later than within 3 days though.
How can use exchange the Prestige Club points for services? Declare your will to use these points when making the booking per phone or e-mail.
