Cancellation conditions

Confirmation of the reservation is the payment of a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the expected costs within 3 days from the date of reservation or immediately (online reservation). The remaining payment at the hotel reception on the day of arrival. In case of canceling the reservation or not showing up on the day of arrival, the prepayment is not refunded. The hotel can cancel a reservation not confirmed by the deposit payment. According to art. 28 point 5 of the Act of July 4, 2019, amending the act on the tax on goods and services and certain other acts (Journal of Laws, item 1520), which regulates the change of receipts into invoices, please provide the necessary data for issuing a VAT invoice (company name, company address, tax identification number) within 7 days from making the reservation – this does not apply to individuals.

Children policy

Children up to 4 years old stay free of charge if they sleep in their parents' bed.
Children aged 13 and older are considered full-paying guests.
