Cancellation conditions

Confirmation of the reservation is the payment of a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the expected stay costs to the account of Hotel Warszawa within 7 days from the date of making the reservation or immediately if it is not possible to meet the seven-day payment deadline. The remaining payment at the hotel reception upon check-in. The hotel can cancel a reservation not confirmed by the deposit payment. According to art. 28 point 5 of the Act of July 4, 2019, amending the act on the tax on goods and services and certain other acts (Journal of Laws, item 1520), which regulates the change of receipts into invoices, please provide the necessary data for issuing a VAT invoice (company name, company address, tax identification number) within 7 days from making the reservation – or immediately if it is not possible to meet this deadline – or else, an individual bill will be issued, and a change to an invoice will not be possible (this does not apply to individuals).

Children policy

Children up to 4 years old stay free of charge if they sleep in their parents' bed.
Children aged 13 and older are considered full-paying guests.
